TACLOBAN CITY – With the aim of increasing personnel’s productivity and improving work efficacy, the National Maritime Polytechnic (NMP) organized a three-day Advanced Microsoft Office Training for its personnel on 27-29 July 2022 at the NMP Training Annex Building, Cabalawan, Tacloban City.

The activity provided the participants with knowledge and skills to efficiently use Microsoft Word and Powerpoint on a day-to-day basis. The training included scenarios and activities that allowed the participants to proficiently utilize the software including the use of OneDrive Cloud Storage Access.

The training was facilitated by Messrs. Fernand T. Layug and Richmon L. Carabeo, Microsoft Education Ambassadors and training consultants of  S & A Learning Solutions.

Said undertaking was part of the NMP’s capacity building on information technology application as identified in its approved Information System Strategic Plan 2021-2023.
