TACLOBAN CITY – The National Maritime Polytechnic (NMP) has reaffirmed its commitment to excellence, receiving zero negative feedback in the latest performance report from the Civil Service Commission’s Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB). Covering the period from January 1 to December 31, 2024, the report highlights NMP’s dedication to delivering quality maritime training, research, and efficient public service.

The CCB, established under the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007 and strengthened by the Ease of Doing Business Act of 2018, plays a vital role in ensuring government agencies remain responsive to public concerns. The absence of complaints for NMP reflects its strong client-centered approach and commitment to continuous improvement.

NMP Executive Director Victor A. Del Rosario expressed gratitude for the trust of trainees, stakeholders, and the maritime community. “This recognition reflects our firm commitment to providing high-quality and responsive public service. Client feedback drives us to continuously improve and uphold the highest standards in everything we do,” he stated.

NMP remains committed to gathering feedback through client feedback forms, post-training evaluations, and open communication to ensure its programs align with industry needs. As it moves forward with modernization efforts, NMP encourages seafarers and stakeholders to share their insights to further enhance service delivery.
