
TACLOBAN CITY – Employees of the National Maritime Polytechnic (NMP) received an exciting news this morning as its OIC Executive Director, Mayla N. Macadawan, announced that the Agency has qualified for the grant of the 2021 Performance-Based Bonus (PBB). The good news was met with resounding applause and cheers from NMP employees, who have been instrumental in the achievement of the PBB criteria and conditions as provided in Sections 4 and 5 of the AO25 Inter-Agency Task Force Memorandum Circular No. 2021-1 dated 03 June 2021.
As per eligibility assessment conducted by the AO25 Secretariat, NMP was able to satisfy the four (4) dimensions of accountability: Performance Results, Process Results, Financial Results, and Citizen/Client Satisfaction Results and attain a total score of 100 points based on the PBB Scoring System.
OIC ED Macadawan emphasized the important role that the NMP employees have played in the Agency’s success. “I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your hard work and commitment towards achieving our goal, at the same time I encourage you all to maintain the same speed and dedication and to continue in contributing for the growth and success of NMP,” she mentioned.
